Section 4 in The Damodar Valley Corporation (West Bengal Amendment) Act, 1955
4. Savings. -
Any land acquired, any action taken or anything whatsoever done under the said Act as amended by the Damodar Valley Corporation (West Bengal Amendment) Ordinance, 1955, shall, upon the said Ordinance ceasing to operate, be deemed to have been acquired, taken or done under the said Act as amended by this Act, as if this Act had commenced on the 1st day of November, 1955.
