In all interlocutory applications filed in any suit or other proceedings including petitions filed by third parties and petitions for withdrawal of money deposited in Court either by any party to the suit or proceeding or by third party who is entitled to such withdrawal (including the Income-tax Department) the Court shall fix a fee of not less than Rs. 250/- subject to a maximum of Rs. 3,000/-.
