Section 29(iii) in The U.P. Cinematograph Rules, 1951
(iii)General working - The rules regarding fire-fighting appliances, prohibition of inflammable material, smoking, lights, matches, film re-winding and non-admittance of persons other than operators, the licensee or technician, prescribed for projection rooms in permanent building shall apply to temporary enclosure.
