154. Types of private sector participation agreements.
(1)Private sector participation agreements shall be such as may be prescribed.(2)Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provisions of this Section, such agreements include the following:(a)Build-Own-Operate-Transfer Agreement,(b)Build and Transfer Agreement,(c)Build-Lease-Transfer Agreement,(d)Build-Operate-Transfer Agreement,(e)Lease and Management Agreement,(f)Management Agreement,(g)Rehabilitate-Operate-Transfer Agreement,(h)Rehabilitate-Own-Operate-Transfer-Agreement,(i)Service Contract Agreement, and(j)Supply-Operate-Transfer Agreement.
