40. Connection with Public sewer.
- Every drain or sewer discharging into a public sewer shall join the sewer obliquely in the direction of the flow of the sewer and such a connection shall be made at an existing junction in the sewer or there shall be an intersection manhole before the connection within the boundaries of the site.
