1. The learned Counsel for the Respondent seeks a passover.
2. The learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the matter is listed for final hearing and the Respondent had sought a passover even on the last date of hearing and the matter could not be taken up.
3. As the passover is not possible due to specially listed matters, the present matter is directed to be listed for hearing on 04.02.2026. However, it is directed that on the next date of hearing the learned CGSC shall appear on the first call and not seek a passover.
