Section 22(1) in The Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour) Rules, 2016
(1)To achieve social security the following branches of social security protections shall be adopted, namely.-(a)medical care;(b)sickness benefit;(c)unemployment benefit;(d)old-age benefit;(e)employment injury benefit;(f)family benefit;(g)maternity benefit;(h)invalidity benefit and survivors' benefit.
