Section 16B(1) in The Bengal Tanks Improvement Act, 1939
(1)As soon as may be after the Collector has disposed of any application made under sub-section (3) of section 16A, he shall prepare a list in the prescribed form and manner of the persons who are liable to pay the fee referred to in sub-section (2) of that section and such list shall specify the amount of agricultural land within the maximum irrigation area in respect of which each such person is to pay such fee and the amount of such fee which such person is to pay annually to the authorised person.
