Section 75(2) in Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016
(2)The State Government by the general or special orders according the necessity for the every Kshettra panchayat may appoint such other officers and employees as to duties performed under this Act and the services of all officers and employees shall be deemed assigned on such conditions as may be prescribed by the State Government.
