Section 4(4)(i) in Telangana Exhibition of Films On Television Screen Through Video Cassette Recorders (Regulation) Act, 1993

(i)No person shall carry on the business of [buying, letting, selling, supplying] [Substituted by Act No.13 of 2005.] or distributing recorded video cassettes [or VCDs or DVDs] [Inserted by Act No.13 of 2005.] except under and in accordance with a licence granted under this Act.
