41. [ Renewal of Contribution Cards. [The proviso to first inserted vide S.R.O. 3306 dated 22.10.54 and then amended vide G.S.R. 1063 dated 6.6.63. Thereafter the whole para 41 inclusive of the proviso thereto substituted vide G.S.R. 1203 dated 20.8.1964.]
- Every employer shall on or before the expiration of the period of currency and in the case of currency periods commencing on or after the 1st of July, 1964 [but before the 1st April, 1968], on or before the expiration of each quarter in the currency period prepare in respect of each member employed by him a contribution card [or the ledger in Form 'YY' in such form as may be appropriate under paragraph 37] [Inserted vide G.S.R. 97 dated 13.2.88.] [or paragraph 37B as the case may be] [Added vide Notification No. 11011(1)/73-PF I(1) dated 8.8.79.] for the next currency period or quarter as the case may be].
