Section 14(1) in Burn Company and Indian Standard Wagon Company (Nationalisation) Act, 1976
(1)The Central Government shall, for the purpose of disbursing the amounts payable under section 7, section 8, and sub-section (2) of section 15, to each of the two companies, by notification, appoint a Commissioner of Payments.
