111. Power of Commissioner to collect statistics from dealers.
- If the Commissioner considers that for the purpose of better administration of this Act, it is necessary to collect statistics relating to any matter dealt with by or under this Act, he may, by notification, call upon dealers or such class or classes of dealers as may be specified in the notification, to furnish such information relating to any matter in respect of which it is necessary to collect statistics, in such form, containing such particulars, to such authorities, and at such intervals, as may be specified in the notification.
