ORDER
Per: Justice Vijay Kumar Shukla The present intra-court appeal is filed against the order passed by the learned Single Judge whereby the writ petition filed by the petitioner has been dismissed claiming benefit of 7th pay.
On 31.7.2025, counsel for the appellant argued that the controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by the judgment passed in the case of Smt. Nisha Kulkarni & Ors. Vs. State of MP & Ors. in WP No.4098/2024 and the said judgment has been followed by another single judge in WP No.6750/2024 on 18.3.2024.
Counsel for the State was granted time to examine the same.

In view of the aforesaid, directions passed in the case of Smt. Nisha Kulkarni (supra) and the directions passed in WP No.6750/2024 decided on 18.3.2024 (supra) shall apply mutatis mutandis in the present case also. The appellant shall also be entitled for the same relief.
With the aforesaid, the appeal is disposed of.
