% 22.01.2019 Despite our last order, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks an adjournment on the ground that the wife of the counsel is not well. We cannot appreciate the same in the light of our previous order. In case, the counsel is in some difficulty, it was for the petitioner to make alternate arrangements.
In the interest of justice, we adjourn the matter to 12.02.2019. It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted.
