Section 36 in The General Rules (Civil), 1986

36. Return of Vakalatnama with plaint.

- When a plaint is returned to a counsel or recognised agent of the plaintiff, the authority executed in his favour shall also be returned to him.When returning a plaint for presentation to proper court, a court may order the plaintiff to file a copy of the plaint to be put on record in place of the plaint.
