(1)Subject to the provisions of sub-rule (2), payment of revenue will ordinarily be made at the Reserve Bank of India through the office of the Tehsildar.(2)In cases where amins are appointed for collection of revenue payment shall ordinarily be made to the amin within whose jurisdiction the holding on account of which payment is made, is situate.(3)Payment shall not be made to peons entrusted with the services of any writ of demand or with the execution of a warrant of arrest.
