41. Half-yearly review of the touring of District and Sub-Divisional Officers.
- A half-yearly review should be made by Commissioners of the touring of Districts and Sub-Divisional Officers particular attention being paid to the quality and not to the quantity of touring and communicated to Government, Board of Revenue and District Officer, by the end of January and July each year. It will be enough if a summarised opinion be recorded on each Officer's touring quality and quantity.
