Section 10(1) in The Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Rules, 1974
(1)A tenant desirous of depositing rent under sections 8(5), 9 or 11 shall deposit the same in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Civil Rules of Practice and Circular Orders in regard to the payment of money into Court.
