Section 13(13) in Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Standards of Performance of Distribution Licensees, Period for Giving Supply and Determination of Compensation) Regulations, 2014
13.2The Commission may authorize its Staff Officers or any independent agency(s) to conduct annual checks, in order to monitor the compliance of the standards of performance by the Distribution Licensee(s) and submit a report to the Commission.
