Section 11B(1) in The Shri Jagannath Temple Rules, 1960
(1)As soon as may be after the receipt of an application under Sub-section (1) of Section 15-B, the Administrator shall affix a notice along with a copy of the application at some conspicuous part within the temple premises and in the notice board of the temple office, inviting objections from persons interested and shall also publish the notice and the copy of the application as aforesaid in one of the Oriya daily newspapers circulating in the town of Puri.
