92. Limit of borrowing power.
- Notwithstanding anything hereinbefore contained the borrowing powers of the Corporation shall be limited so that the sums payable under this Act shall not at any time exceed together with the balances of all the outstanding loans and debts due by the Corporation, in the whole, double the annual value of the lands and buildings in the City as defined in section 119.
