Section 30(1)(c) in The Rajasthan Trade Articles (Licensing and Control) Order, 1980

(c)seize any books of accounts and documents which in his opinion may be useful for, or relevant to, any proceedings under the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 [Central Act 10 of 1955).
