Section 6 in Gujarat Agricultural Produce Markets (Amendment) Act, 2007
6. Insertion of new sections 31A to 31R in Guj. XX of 1964.- In the principal Act, after section 31, the following Chapter and sections shall be inserted, namely:-
"CHAPTER IV APRIVATE MARKET, SPECIAL MARKET, E-MARKET, DIRECT PURCHASE MARKET, FARMER-CONSUMER MARKET AND CONTRACT FARMING.
