13. Control on Expenditure.
- The Controlling officer of the Commission shall control over the expenditure and execute the responsibilities conferred under Rules 471 to 483 of The Bihar Financial Rules. Maintenance of account and its audit will be made as per the procedure prescribed by the State Government. Relevant informationÂ’s and reports in this regard shall be made available by the Commission to the General Administration Department from time to time.
