The case relates to blasting off an outpost of Nokha Police Station by a group of extremists. The police were tied down with help of the group and the building of the outpost was demolished. The allegation as appears coming out of the case diary is that the above-named petitioner had supplied rope for tying down the constables and other police personnel of the outpost.
The contention is that it could be an act compulsorily, done by virtue of her husband having earlier been killed by the same group of persons. The court sees with all seriousness of the incident but considering the petitioner being a lady and also considering the contention as indicated above, it directs to be released of the above-named petitioner on bail on furnishing bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in S.T. No. 502 of 2007 (Nokha (Baghaila) P.S. Case No. 93 of 2007) with condition which could be imposed upon the 2 petitioner that in case the petitioner being traced out to any criminal activities specially of the nature of terrorizing the society by virtue of being a member of the extremists group, the court below shall assume that the order had not been passed by this court and take steps to committing the petitioner into custody.
