Section 18(2) in Bihar Private Security Agencies Rules, 2011
(2)The clothes worn by the Private Security Guard while on active duty shall be such that they do not hamper his efficient performance. In particular they will neither be too tight nor too loose as to obstruct movement or bending of limbs.
