Section 9 in New Bombay Disposal Land Regulations, 1975
9. Grant of land for religious purposes.
- The Corporation may grant the lease of land for the construction of any temple, church, synagogue, mosque or for any other religious purpose subject to the following conditions :(i)The land to be leased is allocated to an appropriate user in the Draft or Sanctioned Development Plan of New Bombay.(ii)The lease is granted with the previous approval of the Government.
