Section 87(i) in Punjab Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1952
(i)Before the commencement of an exhibition, the operator incharge shall satisfy himself that all cables, leads, connections and resistances as also the fire extinguishing appliances in the enclosure are in the proper working order.
