218. Entrance door of female ward, how to be regulated.
- When the female head warder is present on duty the entrance door to the female ward shall be locked, by the head warder, on the outside, and the head warder shall retain possession of the key of the lock. The entrance door to the female ward shall also be locked, by the female head warder, on the inside.
