Section 12(i) in First Statutes of the Jai Narayan Vyas University Jodhpur
(i)the Vice-Chancellor shall appoint examiners on the advice of an Examination Committee consisting of the Vice-Chancellor himself, the Dean of the Faculty concerned and the Conveners of Committees of Courses and Studies concerned;
