16. Delegation of Powers to Deputy Registrar, Special Officer or Assistant Registrar.
- The Registrar may, with the previous permission of the Chief Justice, delegate any of the powers mentioned in rules 7 to 15 to Deputy Registrar, the Special Officer, or the Assistant Registrar.
