Section 194(2) in The Rajasthan District Boards Act, 1954
(2)Any decision of the Collector awarding compensation shall be subject to a right of the applicant for compensation to require reference to the District Judge in accordance with the procedure prescribed for such references in the law relating to compulsory acquisition of land for the time being in force.
