Section 14 in The Goa, Daman and Diu Prevention of Begging Act, 1972
14. Visiting Committees.—
For every Receiving Centre and every Certified Institution, the Government shall appoint a Visiting Committee in such manner as may be prescribed and every Visiting Committee so appointed shall exercise, perform and discharge such powers, duties and functions as may be prescribed.
