Section 36(5) in The United Provinces Minor Irrigation Works Act, 1920
(5)The provisions of Chapter IV of the United Provinces Land Revenue Act, 1901 (U. P. Act No. III of 1901), shall so far as may be, apply to the preparation and revision of every such record.
