.-If the Board is satisfied that any place used under a license granted under this Chapter is a nuisance or is likely to be dangerous to life, health or property, the Board may, by notice in writing, require the owner, lessee or occupier thereof to discontinue the use of such place or to effect such alterations, additions, or improvements as will, in the opinion of the Board, render it no longer a nuisance or dangerous.
