Section 19(4)(d) in Andhra Pradesh Registration of Horticulture Nurseries (Regulation) Rules, 2012

(d)in the discharge of his duties under this Act the competent Authority shall carry out such directions on matters of policy as may be issued by the State Government/Commissioner of Horticulture from time to time.
