(ii)No ticket or pass or any other evidence of the right of admission to any cinema shall be sold, kept or offered or exposed for sale in any place other than the booking offices provided for the purpose at the cinema theatre itself and shall not be sold to any person other than a person who lines up in queue, if any, before the booking window:
