Section 6(1)(c) in UGC Regulations on Curbing The Menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009

(c)Where an institution is affiliated to a University and publishes a brochure of admission/instruction booklet or a prospectus, the affiliating university shall ensure that the affiliated institution shall comply with the provisions of clause (a) and clause (b) of Regulation 6(1) of these Regulations.
