(2)In cases where the order is to be served on any inamdar or any applicant, the Settlement Officer shall send the order in duplicate to the Tahsildar, who shall arrange to serve one copy on the person concerned, obtain his acknowledgment on the duplicate and return the duplicate copy to the Settlement Officer, within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the order.
