Section 50(7) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(7)In addition to the off-street parking spaces required to be provided for building to be used for commercial, industrial or storage purposes, additional parking space at the rate of one such space for each 1000 square metres of floor area or fraction thereof exceeding the first 200 square metres of floor space, shall be provided for loading and unloading activities.
