ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2020 and further order for CBCID Investigation, Chennai and to award compensation of Rs.1 Crore for custodial death at the hands of the 5th respondent herein.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Pending writ petition, this Court by an order dated 27.07.2022 directed the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai to file a report on the enquiry conducted under Section 176(1A) of Cr.P.C on re-postmortem. As directed by this Court, the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai conducted an enquiry and submitted a report dated 08.08.2022 before this Court.
4. A perusal of the report, as per the report submitted by the Doctor who conducted Autopsy revealed as follows:-

5. Thus, the deceased died due to Peritonitis as a result of Gastoduodenal perforation-Natural cause. The re-postmortem report is also very much consistent with the findings of the first postmortem.
6. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed.
Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
