Section 15(2) in The Maharashtra Metropolitan Region Development Authority Act, 2016
(2)Where any direction is given to any authority or person under subsection (1), such authority or person may, within fifteen days from the date of receipt of such direction, appeal to the State Government against such direction, and the decision of the State Government thereon shall be final.
