Section 30(3) in The Punjab Entertainments Duty Rules, 1956
(3)[ The proprietor of an entertainment wishing to make any change in the rates of payment for admission shall give the Entertainment Tax Officer of the district concerned at least three days' clear notice of his intention to do so and sub-rules (1) and (2) above shall apply mutatis matandis to the claimed rates of payment for admission to the entertainment and the entertainments duty payable thereon.] [See Notification dated 4.3.57.]
