Section 51(1) in The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
(1)Upon hearing the Transmission or the Distribution Licensee and holding public hearings and upon making such other inquiry as the Commission considers to be appropriate, the Commission shall make an order and notify to the Transmission or the Distribution Licensee of its decision on the revenue calculations and tariff proposals.
