Section 10(2) in The Maharashtra Refugees Act, 1948
(2)Whoever gives particulars in filling the form under sub-section (2) of section 4 which are false and which he either knows or believes to be false or whoever contravenes any other provisions of this Act or any rule made thereunder or any order made in pursuance of this Act shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees or with both.]
