Mr. Shankar Kumar, learned AC to AAG- 7 appearing in CWJC Nos. 1167 / 2021 , 400 / 2021, 470 / 2021 , 563 / 2021 , 676 / 2021 , 1918 / 2021, 2092 / 2021, 2510/ 2021, 2786 / 2021 & 3020 / 2021 submits that counter affidavit has been filed in CWJC Nos. 1167 / 2021, 400 / 2021, 470 / 2021, Patna High Court CWJC No.1167 of 2021(4) dt.13-09-2021 11/13 1918/2021 & 3020/2021 and in the rest of the aforementioned writ petitions, he will be filing counter affidavit / supplementary counter affidavit.
2. Mr. Yogesh Kumar, learned AC to SC - 9 appearing in CWJC Nos. 547 / 2021, 674 / 2021, 795 / 2021, 1065 / 2021 , 1889 / 2021, 1725 / 2021 & 2617 / 2021 submits that in the above referred cases counter affidavit has been filed by the State except in CWJC No. 1065 of 2021 in which supplementary counter affidavit is required.

Mr. Abbas Haider, learned SC - 6 for the State appearing in CWJC Nos. 544 / 2021, 755 / 2021, 1881 / 2021, 1968 / 2021, 2319 / 2021, 2686 / 2021 & 4241 / 2021 submits that counter affidavit has been filed in CWJC No. 1968 / 2021 and except this in other matters counter affidavit could not be filed due to non service of hard copy of the writ petition on State by learned counsel for the petitioners

Mr. Subhash Prasad Singh, learned GA-3 for the State appearing in CWJC Nos. 715 / 2021, 916 / 2021, 503 / 2021, 620 / 2021, 916 / 2021 submits that he has filed counter affidavit in CWJC No. 1950 / 2021 & 2162 / 2021 and in other cases hard copy of the writ petition has not been served upon the State by learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. Dr. Anand Kumar, learned counsel for the Bihar State Handloom & Handcrafts Corporation Ltd. appearing in all the cases submits that he has filed counter affidavit in some of the cases and in the rest of the cases he will be filing the same within two weeks.
6. Learned counsels for the State are directed to file their respective counter affidavit or supplementary counter affidavit in the cases in which the same are required within four weeks.
7. Learned counsel for the petitioners are directed to serve hard copy of the writ application upon learned counsel for the State in the cases in which learned counsels for the State have informed that hard copy of the writ petition has not been served upon them within two weeks.
8. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that hard copy of the counter affidavit filed by Bihar State Handloom & Handcrafts Corporation Ltd. has not been served upon him.
9. Dr. Anand Kumar, learned counsel for the Corporation is directed to serve hard copy of the counter affidavit filed by him upon learned counsel for the petitioners within two weeks.

Mr. Suresh Kumar, learned AC to GP-1 appearing in CWJC Nos. 505 / 2021 , 625 / 2021, 919 / 2021 , 996 / 2021, 1966 / 2021 & 2582 / 2021 submits that counter affidavit has been filed in the aforesaid matters except in CWJC Nos. 996 / 2021 & 2582 of 2021 and submits that supplementary counter affidavit will be required in CWJC No. 505/2021 which he will be filing within four weeks.
11. Having heard learned counsel for the respective parties, put up the aforesaid cases after Durga Puja holidays i.e. on 28th October 2021.
