FACTS

Heard today dated 25.8.2011. Appellant not present. The Department is represented by Shri Y G Nyalapelli , ASP. He is heard.

2. It is noticed that the appellant had sent a speed post letter to Smt. Sonia Gandhi. It transpires that it was not delivered to the addressee. In this connection, vide RTI application dated 1.10.2010, the appellant had sought information about the fate of his speed post. The ASP submits that the requisite information has already been provided to the appellant. He also submits that it is open to the appellant to claim compensation from the Department as per rules.

3. As the requisite information has already been provided to the appellant, the matter is closed.
