Section 15(1) in Telangana Exhibition of Films On Television Screen Through Video Cassette Recorders (Regulation) Act, 1993
(1)Whenever an offence has been committed which is punishable under this Act, the video cassettes the video cassette recorder, the television set, [VCDs, DVDs] [Inserted by Act No.13 of 2005.] and other equipment used in the commission of the offence shall be liable to confiscation by an order of the Magistrate trying the offence.
