86. Power of the Commissioner to direct replacement of defective apparatus.
- Where any vat, pipe or other part of the plant, is at any time found to be defective or leaky and the Commissioner of Excise may order the discontinuance of its use and the licensee shall not use it unless it has been repaired to the satisfaction of the Commissioner of Excise or his nominee.
